Memebox
Memebox, a South Korea-based makeup and skincare company, has taken many shapes since its inception. During my time as senior copywriter on their creative team, the company had two main focuses: their in-house brands and leveraging influencers to help promote the company as a cult beauty authority. During this iteration of Memebox, the brand voice was trend-forward, punchy, and cheeky.
A small collection of PR kit inserts we sent to influencers, along with new products to enjoy and market on their social media platforms. The inserts had to be both cute enough to excite our influencers and educational enough to accurately inform them on how to represent the product.
Digital
A couple of pretty cute (if I do say so myself!) emails focused on the 2018 bubbling face mask trend and one of the Memebox hero face masks. The emails are intentionally short, as research showed the shorter the email the better the click-through rate. This meant we had to make each line of copy pop, from headline to CTA.
